Welcome to Pathfinders, an intensive week of professional development for K-12 public school teachers to learn about Computer Science & Making.

Please note that submitting this form does not take the place of the application process nor guarantee acceptance into Pathfinders Summer Institute programs.

Who Should Apply?
All K-12 teachers and counselors at US public schools are invited to apply. Special consideration will be given to
• High-needs schools
• Schools outside major urban centers
• Teachers from under-represented groups
• Teachers new to teaching CS and Making, and
• Districts demonstrating significant commitment to these subjects by sending multiple teachers or counselors.

How it Works
Pathfinders fees range from $1,998 - $2,298 depending on track. The fees cover airfare, tuition, meals, and accommodation for the duration of the conference for teachers who are accepted. Infosys Foundation USA will cover 50% of all Pathfinders fees. Teachers will need to raise the remaining 50% in matching funds
1. EITHER from their districts, schools, or PTAs
2. OR from the donor community on DonorsChoose.org by creating a crowdfunding project
A limited number of need-based full scholarships will also be made available in May 2018.
